I find that cash games where table dynamics have players making plays like 3betting/shoving $100 over a single $15 raise, or $20 opens, or 3betting $22-25 into a $10 raise and >=2 calls ahead, play a lot like tourney poker in terms of what your preflop hand selection should be.
