Joining the Mayor at the announcement were Congressman Brian Higgins, Erie County Legislator Tim Kennedy and two of South Buffalo’s greatest homegrown athletes, Patrick Kane of the Chicago Blackhawks and Tim Kennedy of the Buffalo Sabres. Brown today announced that the city recently completed a $200,000 capital improvement project at three major Cazenovia park facilities in South Buffalo.
